REFUND POLICY

STF is committed to transparency and fairness in all financial matters. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services, resources, or program-related fees. By enrolling in or using any of our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Commission-Based Compensation – No Refunds

STF operates primarily on a commission-based model. Commissions paid to specialists or generated through client activity are non-refundable under any circumstance. These funds are earned through verified performance and client engagement, and once distributed, cannot be reversed.


2. Refunds for Program Fees or Services

In some cases, STF may offer optional services or paid access to tools, onboarding materials, or membership-related benefits. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Specialist onboarding packages

  • Access to premium resources or portals

  • Marketing or outreach tools

  • Paid consultation or strategy sessions

Refunds for these services are subject to the following terms:

a. Refund Eligibility

  • A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date.

  • No refund will be granted after 7 days.

  • To qualify, the user must not have accessed or used any digital resources, training materials, or initiated any client activity under STF.

b. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If digital materials, downloadable resources, or tools have been accessed or used in any capacity.

  • If commissions have been generated under your account.

  • If cancellation occurs outside the refund window.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please submit a formal request including:

  • Full name and email address on file

  • Date of purchase

  • Transaction or invoice number (if available)

  • A brief explanation for the refund request

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or wish to dispute a transaction, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment processor. Unresolved chargebacks without prior communication may result in the suspension of your specialist status and access to our platform.

5. Cancellations vs. Refunds

Cancellation of a service does not automatically trigger a refund. You must follow the Refund Request Procedure outlined above within the eligible timeframe. Canceling your access, specialist account, or subscription outside the 7-day refund window does not entitle you to any refund.

6. Policy Revisions

STF reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted publicly on our website with an updated effective date.
